Signature Event
Barefoot Run for Africa
Our signature charity run returns to Cascade Golf Course in Orem, Utah, at 9:00 AM. Run barefoot, bring shoes to donate, and every pair travels to Ghana. Companion run in Kukuom.

Equipment Distributed Across the Ahafo Region
The Ahafo Regional Co-ordinating Council formally confirmed HART's donated medical equipment was received, cleared, and distributed to health facilities across the region. Read the letter →

Ghana 2025 Mission
Surgical and primary care in Goaso and Kukoum, mobile clinics to Agyrekrom and Beposo, and clinical training at regional nursing colleges.

Brong Ahafo Medical Mission
Volunteers and local professionals delivered surgical care, launched geriatric outreach, and ran a full week of community education.
